At ChessWood Store by Gagandeep Singh, we strive to provide the highest quality chess sets. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on our website. This Chess Set is non-refundable. However, if your chess set arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.

Replacement requests must be sent to our customer service team along with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the issue. Once verified, we will initiate the replacement process within 48 working hours.

Please note that minor variations in wood texture, grain, or color are natural characteristics of handcrafted wooden chess sets and do not qualify as defects. Original chess set’s colors may differ from the images on our website.
